Frequently Asked Questions

On the day we return home, our flight doesn’t leave until 3:00 PM. Do we have enough time to check out any of the area attractions?

This depends on when you can leave the port. If you can leave around 9:00 AM, it gives you some time to see the Kennedy Space Center, but you may not be able to explore it completely. You can probably enjoy a lunch at Cocoa Beach or shop around a bit. If your flight leaves later in the evening, that gives you a bit more room to roam about and explore theme parks such as Universal Studios or Sea World. Give us a call if you’re not sure and we’ll help you plan.

We have an early flight on the way back home after the cruise and we’re worried about not making our flight in time. Do you have any suggestions as to how to make sure we can exit the ship in a timely manner?

In this case, you must speak to the cruise line staff and ask for what is known as Self Assist Disembarkation. It may not be applicable on all ships so be sure to check with the cruise line beforehand. It also helps to have your baggage packed and ready well before the ship docks. If you find yourself with less than 3 hours to get to your flight after disembarkation, the chances of missing your flight can increase due to any number of extraneous circumstances.

Can you pick up from a hotel near Disney first, then Lake Buena Vista and then from the airport?

Yes, we’d be happy to. Additional charges will incur for any extra stops that are made.

We’re returning a rental car at Orlando Airport. Can you still pick us up from there?

When you book online, give us a call and the driver can recommend a convenient location for pickup.

We’re arriving on the same day of our cruise at Orlando airport but at different times. How do you handle multiple arrivals?

If you can provide is with information about the latest flight that will arrive and request all parties before that time to proceed to the baggage claim area for that latest flight, everyone can be conveniently picked up from the same location without any hassle.
We will be staying at a hotel near the airport on the day of the cruise. What time should we leave for Port Canaveral?
The exact boarding time for your ship will be provided to you by your cruise line. In most cases, boarding starts around 1:30 PM. You must bear in mind that it takes about 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, to reach Port Canaveral from the Orlando Airport region. So give yourself enough margin for error and try to leave around 12:00 PM.

Do we get a better rate if we book online, by phone, or round trip?

We already offer the most competitive rates for transportation services. Regardless of how you book, rest assured that you’re getting the best possible rate. If your booking includes multiple trips (such as transportation from Orlando International Airport to your hotel, to Port Canaveral on the day of sailing and finally a return trip to the airport), you can enjoy a better rate-per-mile. Give us a call if you’re not sure how to proceed and we’ll help you out with the booking.

Do you require a credit card to reserve and do you charge it anything. How do we pay for the service?

You pay using your credit or debit card when you make a booking online. There are various advantages of that, one being that your booking is confirmed instantly. Furthermore, when you arrive, you don’t have to worry about making a payment because your ride has already been paid for. Our drivers can then focus on ensuring comfortable transportation and providing you a great experience.

By what time should we arrive at Orlando International if we decide to fly in on the day of sailing?

You should give yourself ample time to make it to the cruise port. If you arrive between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM, that gives you some cushion although we still recommend arrive a day earlier. We do not recommend arriving later than 1:00 PM because there’s a chance you may not make it to the cruise in time.

Should I fly in on the day of sailing or a day before our cruise? Where do you recommend we stay overnight if we arrive a day before?

You’ve been looking forward to your voyage for some time now, so there is no reason to risk missing your cruise because of extraneous circumstances that cannot be controlled. It could be a missed or delayed flight, lost baggage, bad traffic or a number of unplanned problems that can result in your missing your cruise. So we recommend coming in a day before your cruise sails. It will give you some time to relax. There are a number of hotels near Port Canaveral. This ensures that you’re never too far from your port of departure.
