Some Rules Regarding Transportation Reservations
Any reservation which are cancelled 48/hrs prior to service date and time will be fully refunded, if your credit card has already been charged.
Any reservation cancelled within 48/hrs of the service date & time will be charged 50% of the full fair for that one way transfer.
Any reservation which is cancelled within 24/hrs or any no show at the time of pick up will be charged full 100% of the full fair for that one way transfer.
Please inform as soon as possible if because of weather/hurricane your cruise ship doesn’t leave or return back to the same port, we will refund full refund or cancel your reservation at no cost to you. As we do understand that is because of Mother Nature and we are here to work with our guest and will not charge you unlike the cruise lines.
